Asinoff examines the players accused and the scandal that followed, resulting in 8 players, including the legendary Shoeless Joe Jackson, to be forever banned from baseball. This is a 1963 second printing hardcover copy of the book. Dust cover is damaged, partially ripped in places. Pages are all intact. It does have a name written on the 1st page in pen at the top. Otherwise, in decent shape.
