Polaris wont sell you just the replacement rotor, you need to buy the whole assembly with the hub. The steel hub rarely wears out so we decided to make our own replacment rotor. You simply grind off the rivets holding the hub to the old rotor, remove the rivets, and bolt this new rotor to the original hub with the included hardware. Our rotor will last way longer than the stock unit. We use a very wear resistant grade 50 steel and then zinc plate it for corrosion resistance. This rotor is the logical choice for your Sportsman! This rear rotor fits all 1997-02 Sportsman 335 and 500 (except 6×6). Second photo is shown with the stock hub installed. Replaces Polaris rotor part numbers 1910440, and 1910439.
