The story recounts how eight strangers from around the world attempt to set four Guinness World Records on electric vehicles to prove they are reliable and viable. Using four different types (an electric car, motorcycle, scooter and bicycle), the group crossed the U.S. in the middle of the hot summer with no corporate funding and limited planning. During their grueling 44 day journey, they encountered numerous obstacles including weather, injuries, organization, finding power sources, communications and more. Yet, they achieved their goal, and thus became pioneers in electric vehicle travel-- coming away with amazing stories about people, places and sustainability accomplishments.
