This procedure is an important step in preparing for the paint correction and polishing stage. In the past, professional detailers used clay bars and completed the work by hand. Clay bars are effective, but they eventually become overloaded with contaminants and must be discarded. Unlike the clay bar, the Detail King Nanoskin Autoscrub Foam Pads can be cleaned by simply rinsing off the accumulated contaminants with water. If dropped on the ground, simply rinse clean the patented rubber polymer side of the Autoscrub foam pad, and you are ready to continue using it.
